Quick Time Player

To view the .mov files it requires the quick time player plugin for your browser. If you attempt to play a video and you dont have the required plug in then it should immediatly promt you to download.

To Download A File

The movie files are zipped down to make for a smaller file size. This allows for a faster download, but it also means that you must have the appropriate software to unzip the file once it is completed downloading. Windows Vista & Mac users have this program built in and all you need to do is double click the .zip file to begin extracting software. For XP users it is recommended that you use free software called winzip to unzip the files.
